Customer Support Manager (f/m/d)

Essential duties and responsibilities

The Customer Support Manager is responsible to secure a close relationship to our customers and to guarantee smooth processes from first interaction until order delivery and post-sales services, both indoors and outdoors. The Customer Support Manager knows how to assemble and adjust bicylces and is an expert for operational prodesses needed to deliver products and services to our customers.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience with focus on customer service
  • Technical expertise in bicycles and GPS devices
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management, commitment to excellent customer care
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including MS Office
  • Excellent time management skills, flexible for market travel
  • Ability to operate in a fast chanding environment
  • Fluent in English and in German
  • Well organized and a team player
  • Ability to multitask and to unterstand operational processes and customer service dynamics.
  • Passionate for cycling, both outdoors and in commercial fitness markets
