Customer Support Manager (f/m/d)

Essential duties and responsibilities

The Product Specialist/s responsibility is to secrure a close relationship to our customers. He/she has strong multilingual communication skills and loves to interact closely with people using our products and services, both indoors and outdoors. The Product Specialist knows how to assemble and adjust bicycles and is an expert in terms of new technologies. As a product expert, he/she is able to give detailed technical support and is an important consultant for existing and potential customers.

Qualifications 

  • 2-3 years experience in the sports industry with focus on customer service
  • Technical expertise in bicyles an GPS devices
  • Experience in Costomer Relationship Management, commitment to excellent customer care
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including MS Office, internet and graphic programms
  • Excellent time management skills, flexible for market travel
  • Ability to operate in a fast changing environment
  • Fluent in English and in German
  • Well organized and a team player
  • Ability to multitask and to understand sales processes and customer service dynamics.
  • Passionate for cycling, both outdoors and in commercial fitness markets
