Sales Representative Germany
We are currently looking to hire a full time Sales Representative. The roles main tasks will be sales, customer service and support.
This person will play an important role within Germany for Klättermusen. He or she will work closely with the Head of Sales Europe and the global sales team.
The position is based in Germany and reports to our Head of Sales Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and conduct sales presentations of products at Trade Fairs, in-house and/or virtual sell in meetings.
- Identify and engage with potential new customers in Germany
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Learn and apply new product knowledge to enhance sales and personal professionalism.
- Support our Head of Sales Europe.
- Travel (80%) to visit customers in Germany
- Consistent performance and professionalism on a sales level
- Planning sales seasons and strategies
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Wholesale customer support and service
Qualifications:
- min. 1 year of experience as (specialist) field sales or tec rep, preferably in the outdoor, skiing, running, sports and/or fashion sector
- Excellent customer service and a feel for how to create exceptional customer experiences
- Passion for the outdoors
- Energetic, with a positive attitude and predisposition to improving themselves and
- Good knowledge within MS Excel
- Strong verbal and written professional communication skills, in both English and
- An ability to operate efficiently and autonomously
- Strong discipline, well-structure and an ability to organise
- Preferably based in southern or central Germany
- Fluent or Native in German and English is a must
