Senior Sales Marketing Consultant Sports / Lifestyle (m/f/d)

Tasks:

  • Development of sales marketing activities from sell in to sell out for our sports and lifestyle customers
  • Responsible handling and implementation of all sales marketing measures
  • Conception and implementation of customer-specific promotions and events
  • Understanding our customer communities to provide analytical information to support the development of sales marketing strategies and activities
  • Making actionable recommendations from insights
  • Analyze retail sales data and trade activity to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Working with Senior Stakeholders and cross functional teams to drive implementation of sales marketing strategies
  • Tracking and evaluation of all measures
  • Management and controlling of budgets
  • Leadership and further development of a team

Skills:

  • Interest in lifestyle brands from the areas of sport / lifestyle / outdoor, among others
  • Relevant degree or qualification
  • Excellent know how and experience in the field of Sales Marketing
  • Familiarity with retail environments and dynamics
  • Consumer-centric perspective
  • Analytical thinking skills as well as a quick grasp of things
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for details
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with various departments
  • Excellent German (native) and very good English skills
  • Open and communicative personality
